Fleckvieh cattle coming into milk at Bain Farm near Sandwick on mainland Orkney, where Lara Hourie and father Willie run a herd of the Austrian milkers after importing their first ones in 2010. Now "The Orkney Dairy" provide milk, cheese and yoghurt from their cattle to resturants and cafes around the Island as well as through a booth in the farm yard, direct to the public.
